These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SignlyPDF website, https://signlypdf.com, document workflows, e-signature tools, templates, forms, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is owned and operated by Net Technology LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You may use SignlyPDF only if you comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our own misconduct.
You may use the Service to upload, prepare, send, sign, and manage documents for lawful business or personal purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service to violate privacy, intellectual property, export, consumer protection, or other applicable laws.
You retain ownership of the documents, data, signatures, text, and other materials you upload or generate through the Service. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and store that content solely as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service.
SignlyPDF provides tools that support electronic signatures and document workflows, but you are responsible for determining whether your use of the Service satisfies the legal, regulatory, evidentiary, or recordkeeping requirements applicable to your situation. We do not provide legal advice, and your use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Some features are available only on paid plans or are subject to usage caps such as document volume, participants, or storage limits. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable fees and taxes. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
The Service, including its software, branding, design, interface, and underlying technology, is owned by SignlyPDF or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no license or ownership right is transferred to you.
The Service may interoperate with third-party services, storage providers, analytics vendors, payment processors, or identity platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or policies of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. While we aim for reliable availability, the Service is provided on a best-effort basis and may experience interruptions, maintenance windows, or unexpected outages.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay required fees, or used the Service in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful manner. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind except as expressly required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignlyPDF and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SignlyPDF and its affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the competent state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@signlypdf.com.
